Everything was great with my sales person and finance, but I was kept waiting for the car for a few hours after that was done. They told me it would be another 10 minutes multiple times. I would have much rather been told it would take 3 hours from the start so I had the chance to go home and feed my dog. Not once was I asked how long I am able to wait for.

Melissa is fantastic. I arrive she checks me in....sets up a Lyft to get to work.. Calls to let me know the status normally done in about a couple more hours....so she sends the Lyft to pick me up from work at my time off. So helpful...no stress a wonderful experience know my Sonata is being taken care of. Experience...really makes me want to work there everyone is friendly and cheerful. Thank you

Just want to say what a pleasant experience it was to purchase my Santa Fe from Jordan McNamara. I test drove a few SUV’s and then asked to try a couple again to come to my decision, Jordan was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. I never felt pushed and what is normally an experience I dread it was made simple by Jordan. I would highly recommend him as a salesman and this dealership as a great place to buy a vehicle. Jeff Alves was also great to work with in the financing department. Kudos to all who were there that day!

The staff at LH Miller Hyundai were all very helpful and friendly. My Salesman, Austin bent over backwards to be available to see me with very little notice, have a Palisade pulled up waiting for me to see, he answered all my questions, and treated me respectfully through the whole buying process.
