I took in my Lexus CT200H to have the rear door locks fixed. I learned that my warranty had expired and the repair would cost $532 per door. The service rep Trevor and his manager were awesome and offered to cover the repairs for both doors if I would bring my car in for the 30,000 mile service. They went above and beyond. They know how to treat their customers.
