Called the service department this morning 2/28/2017 to explain that the passenger's side leather seat in my wife's 2010 Lexus is falling apart and that the seat rarely gets used. I was informed that Lexus rarely stands behind their leather at 15k miles let alone 80k. This dealership was fantastic when we purchased this car and honestly our car is still perfect with the exception of the leather that is literally falling apart on this seat. The sales staff was great and I love the car that I purchased, BUT I seriously wish that Lexus did not sign me up for the STUPID 3 MONTH TRIAL OF SIRIUSXM! I have been harassed now for MONTHS because I don't want this stupid service that I WILL NEVER USE! I barely listen to regular FM radio! This alone has made me rethink my purchase! Phone calls day and night, emails, and letters. SIRIUSXM is a SERIOUS PAIN IN THE BUTT and Lexus should rethink their relationship with a company that harasses their customers like this. Do NOT buy a car from here, I purchased a 2008 Subaru Outback Sport from them in Murray with 49,000 miles on it in 2014. I met Garrett Farrari (salesman that was great) and we discussed what he had in inventory. Never on time! I have had my car serviced here for years and for some reason everytime they tell me it's an hour it ends up taking at least 2!! Who has time to just hang out at the dealership all day??

While everyone I dealt with was really friendly, I was so disappointed with the actual services performed. Took my car in to get brakes replaced, oil changed, and tires rotated. I was quoted ~$320 with the disclaimer that it could be a lot more if there was rotor damage. Totally understandable. I went back to work (via their shuttle service) and got a call a few hours later that the rotors are dam aged and it would be about $550. If I could give this place a negative star I would. Went in to fix a tire sensor and when they were finished they came out with a new work order saying my water pump was leaking and it would cost over 400 dollars to fix. I didn't have time to fix it that day so I left, went to a different mechanic the next morning for a 2nd opinion and NOTHING was wrong with my water pump, not even a tiny drop. So glad to know who you can trust. Will never go back or ever consider buying a car here.

Worst service ever, I had to fight just for them to fix the safty issues had I not fought it would have not passed safty and they sold it saying it would. Would love to talk to a desision maker
