Bought a Lexus RX350 sport great car. paid about $6,000 more than was originally told. that's ok. tax and registration the extra bumper to bumper pushed the price. i was told it would cost $80 to get smart phone remote start, ended up getting a quote for $600 in parts and $400 in labor. Was handed 2 sets of keys as we picked up the car for the first time. battery was dead on one and the other battery died the next day. So it's Saturday. Lexus sold us a PT Cruiser many years ago. Since then we bought a Luxus, but no matter the make the service is great. I buy service packages for every car and love that I not only get an oil change and a multipoint inspection but every time my car is washed and vacuumed. Such great service😍

I brought in my 1992 Toyota Celsior (Japanese market LS 400) for service after it threw a check engine light and went into limp mode. They treated me like someone who had just bought their third LX from the dealer. They didn't shy away from working on my foreign market vehicle at all. They quickly diagnosed the issue (faulty throttle position sensor), sourced the correct part after a little research and made the repair. I had a very pleasant experience at LHM Lindon. Landon Swasey and his manager John were super helpful. They were doing everything they could to help me out given my special situation.

After countless horrible experiences with this location, I finally had a normal one. Seriously, I must have had the worst luck 6 times in a row before. I hope that the small changes they have made are permanent. I’m sill cautious because of the past though!

Was looking at gently used mini vans on ksl and came across one that this dealership was selling. It was a year older than I was looking for (2016) but it looked like something we would consider. Horrible experience. I brought my current Lexus in for it's 100,000 mile check up. I was told that there was $3600 worth of repairs needing to be done and that I needed new tires. Which I feel was one of their tactics to get me to look into buying a new car. So I took one of their vehicles as a test drive over the weekend.
