Verified Renter Horrible experience here. Don’t move to this complex. Area is dirty. Apartments have pests. Leasing office can be so rude. Work orders are never taken care of. 0/10 would recommend.

Verified Renter Our experience here has been good so far. The move in process was a nightmare because of various miscommunications throughout the entire process. Also the laundry mats are not working correctly and we had to dry our clothes with a hairdryer. We are enjoying the gym and pool facilities and love our unit.

Verified Renter There is a trash problem here. The puck up service has been spotty. Some nights it is picked up, others it is not. The dog waste cans are overflowing and there is trash on the ground everywhere. There is not enough lighting at night. I feel unsafe in areas because there is no light. Verified Renter They called me the afternoon before my move to say that the unit wasn't ready. And there were actually no washer and dryer connections as promised. This was literally my only ask when viewing the property. I signed this lease a month ago and they chose to call me at the very last minute before my move? Verified Renter AVOID AVOID AVOID! When I first moved into Las Colinas Heights, I was enticed by the great price complimented with the large floor plans. However upon move in, our unit hadn't even been cleaned. We had issues with multiple things including the AC not blowing cold air, leaks in the roof, mold in the kitchen cabinets, paint peeling in the tubs, nails being found lodged in the carpet. Long Time Resident We have lived here for almost 8 years, and it was FABULOUS when we moved in..however, several different property mgmt have taken over at one point or another and service and the property itself has gone so far down. Poor property Each management company is more disorganized than the last. They gave away the parking spot I paid for for 9 years and the resident that took it wont give it back. Management was incredibly rude in handling this major mistake on their part and told me they aren't bound by doing the right thing, only by their incomplete records. Do Not Move here!! This place is horrible! Repair orders are not resolved unless you, the tenant, make the repairs yourself. This place has high fees, high crime, and horrible service, to name a few.
