they keep adding extra services fees. If you are planning to lease here, be ready to pay extra almost $250 on top your rent. For one bill I see 2 water bill and separate service charges and again service charges.

Don't live here. I hate to write this but our one year at this property was the worst year. The office staff is unfriendly, ill-informed, inconsistent, and unprofessional. Every time we went into the office, there seemed to be new staff which led to us always being given different answers and information. Nobody seemed to be on the same page. Apartment complex is in horrible condition The leasing office does not answer phone calls, my move in date was on a Sunday, in which they told me to pick up the key. I sat in 100 degree weather for 4 hours waiting for someone until I just went home because that's just aggravating. I spent a month driving back and forth just to SPEAK to someone since they don't reply to email either.
