Pima Medical is now making a push for new students with new TV advertisements. Do yourself a favor and save your money. I attended the medical assistant had had to find my own externship. I never found a job so Pima convinced me that it would be an excellent idea get my Associates Degree with them that that would almost assure me a job. If I could give this school 0 stars I would. I attended Pima and graduated in 2015. I've yet to receive my certificate because I owe them 10.00 but they can't tell me what it's for. This was the worst 9 months I've ever had..in the beginning when you first start they make you feel welcome and act like they want to help you succeed in life but all you are to this school is a check. They tell you your whole uniform will be included in your tuition but it's not. You have to buy everything except your scrubs. Supposibly they do ... read more

I've been trying forever to get an appointment to visit the school. I finally got one for yesterday at 3 pm. I had been out and about since 10 am doing other things and it was forever till 3. I call to see if there's anything earlier. This was about 20 minutes to one. They said they had something at 1 pm and asked if I could come. When I was 30 minutes away! I would caution anybody that are thinking about going to school here. I one of those that wasted my money and time going to this school. The instructors here have some kind of narcissist mentality. Students are failing after the programs total cost have been collected.

Don't waste your time or money. This school is not worth what they charge and I'm highly disappointed in the education they provide. They are even looking for new instructors on Craigslist. Trust me, it has been my biggest regret making the decision to attend this school, don't make it yours. I could go on with a list of reasons why not to attend this school but I rather keep it short and sweet. Apparently word of mouth has finally reached the instructors of the Respiratory Therapy Department that these reviews were being written and that they started stating that these allegations were not true, written by T. Y.. I can assure you that these allegations that T.Y. has stated are 110% true! I have witnessed these allegations myself and all what I had experienced truly supports all these allegations. I heard a lot of really good things about the other programs at Pima so i decided that all the programs must be just as good.I went for the respiratory program and the people there were terrible. The respiratory Program was the complete opposite of anything I had heard. The professors talk down to everyone. They make it miserable and make rude comments. This school is a scam!! don't waste your money and go here! I attended this school in 2010 and I wasted a money and a whole year of my time. They were suppose to help me after graduating and never did, I had all A's and finished all my internship hours, and I had to chase after them in order for the school to talk to me. Still to this day I do not have a career in the medical field all I have is a stupid piece of paper telling me I graduated the program, and debt to my name! DON'T GO HERE!!!

I agree with all the negative reviews including the suspicious filtered ones. They will lie and tell you anything to get you into their school and take your money. Made complaints to the DOE. They said in the beginning that their credits are accredited and can be transferred to any college including CSN. 3 months into it, after many teachers and staff gossiping, I questioned CSN directly of the transfer of credits and they told me basically "That school is a real joke, we had have many students here fall victim."
