Recommendedwhile the furniture was a little delayed, from talking to others who waited months for furniture I was very pleased with Lastmans response when I emailed with concerns. Furniture was delivered and in perfect shape.

RecommendedAmazing Service from Manager Tina. I bought aTV as a gift for my wife. Turned out it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Called the store for about an exchange and initially the staff person said since I had bought it online it had a different process to go through. Asked to speak to the Manager and Tina saved my day as this was a surprise present and my wife's Birthday which was the next day. She suggested the right TV, made sure it was put aside for me, had the exchange paperwork ready when I arrived and all done curb... read more
GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! We purchased our bedroom suite and living room couch at the Kingston store. We naturally went back when it was time for a fridge and stove in Dec. Both were expected to be delivered at latest Jan. It is now end of April and have not received our stove! We have called and emailed and cannot get help. Our oven no longer works and they really don’t care. We tried to cancel our order and they refused. They have also charged our account for the stove even though that is not supposed to happen until delivery... read more

Been trying to get anyone to call us back regarding a warranty issue. This has been going on since early December. I’ll tell everyone I know not to buy from BadBoy because of their horrible service. I’ve waited on hold 30 plus minutes each time I’ve called. The service representatives can’t do anything. After reaching out via social media they have offered a $50 gift card because it has taken so long. What a slap in the face. I won’t be spending a cent in that store ever again. Warning others!

Ordered living room set January 8 and still not in… it’s paid for and I want it… after this long wait they shouldn’t charge for delivery… they told me their warehouse in Toronto is getting moved, well sorry but that isn’t my problem… and don’t tell people it will be in, in 4 weeks 😡

Recommendedha what a joke. I wish I could attach the email I just got regarding the gold warranty package we had purchased. It's not even worth the paper it's written on. do yourself a favour and don't purchase it. Better yet shop elsewhere.
