I have been waiting since May for a sectional, the constantly lie about delivery and offer no real customer service. I even went to the Kingston store and was dealing with the Manager Tina. At first she was really helpful and was trying to make it right but then she stopped following with me and I haven’t heard anything in 2 months.

We purchased a plush mattress from this location and waited the 9 weeks delivery we were informed it would take. After 9 weeks we received a mattress that was harder than their firm model they display in store. The manager Tina expressed that she can not help me from the store level and said I have to email some agent 15. Who repeatedly did not reply to my emails. Buyer beware! If you have to order something from them, never order more than one item from them in an order. Turns out they will hold the first to come in until the other is available. We ordered a fridge and dryer back at the beginning of September. We ordered based on which ones would come in the soonest, were told they would be in the end of September and delivered the first week of October. went looking at fridges today. sales person followed us around the store after being told we would get them if we wanted them. asked them 3 times to just let us let us look around. walked out of the store after they continued to be five feet away from us.
Terrible service purchased a new washer and dryer when revived and unboxed we reported item was damaged no damage to the box and all they would offer is a $60 credit and now waiting 3 months and they still have not provided! Would never waste money with this company beware !!! Just wanted to say how much we have enjoyed dealing with Tina Serpa at you Kington location. She has made me and my wife feel just like family! it started with a bed for our bedroom and has turned into a second bed and dining room furniture. I purchased a recliner from the Kingston location on Feb. 10, 2020. In July I noticed serious tears in the fabric that are not the result of regular use. The chair had only been in daily use since May. I connected with the service department regarding the manufacturers warranty and after a lot of hassle with one of the agents (Nordam) the chair was picked. We bought a recliner love seat and sofa set and have had it fixed 2 times it’s broke again and we never even use it. It’s junk now they will not fix it or call us back this set is only 2 months old. Beware don’t buy from them all looks nice but all junk sept 2020
bought a couch in May. OUR BILL OF SALE STATES “DELIVERY BY APPROXIMATELY JUNE 30” it’s now August 20, we are yet to receive our couch and it keeps getting pushed back. WE HAVE PURCHASED ALTERNATE FURNITURE WHILE WE WAIT FOR OUR COUCH, and were informed today that they are refusing to issue a refund FOR SOMETHING WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BAD BOY. THEY HAVE BASICALLY STOLE A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF MONEY FROM US AND WE HAVE NO INDICATION WHEN WE ARE TO RECEIVE OUR FURNITURE.
