Bought a washer and dryer $4500. I’m useless so I didn’t check my dryer vent, my whole life they have been in the wall behind the dryer. Got the new one, pulled the old one to 👀 the vent went into the floor. Went to see if they had the same model with floor vent. Never even got to ask that question. They went on a tangent. “ no refund, no exchange, read to sign”. It was my own fault, I just wanted to ask for options but nope. Lesson learned.
Made an online order for 3 items at the beginning of May. At the end of June, I still hadn’t heard about a delivery date. After much harassing via calling, email and store visits to try and find out when my furniture would arrive, I was told that the desk I ordered was going to be “a really long time”. Apparently my other 2 items were in stock but were being held because they only do one shipment per order. Purchased two console love seats from lastmans, also purchased the warranty on them. The one seat isn’t reclining, so we contacted them for warranty, and the Kingston location doesn’t have a service tech. They wanted to send someone down right before Christmas, to remove my couch and take it to Toronto for repairs. We refused, as this isn’t feasible, we need the couch. Worst place to purchase anything unless you are okay with waiting 3 months for your purchase to maybe come in. Managers are unapologetic and ignore you so they don’t have to confront there problems. Do not recommend this place to anyone.
