Verified Renter Living here has giving me a sense of peace. Its in a safe area and I don't really have to worry too much about me and my son's safety. The office staff are always really nice and understanding. The maintenance team does a really good job on getting things fix in a timely manner. I love it here.

Verified Renter The first month after moving to Latitude, I had an issue with the Sink. I raised a maintenance request, and it was immediately resolved, which impressed me. Apart from this, I haven't had a single issue with my apartment. The other thing that is of tantamount importance is the noise control, and the residents are peaceful and quiet. Kudos to Olivia at the front desk. She is really sweet and if you have any query or concerns that you wanna raise, I betcha she will take care of it.
