Verified Renter Not a bad place to live, rent is not as expensive. Just like any other place it has its pros and cons. But overall my experience has been good. Maintenance is good about timely responses and the leasing office representatives are very helpful and friendly. They do a good job of community activities.

Verified Renter The water smelled like sewage and boiled eggs upon move in, saw remnants of dead roaches also, which concerns me about a potential pest issue, gate for the garage doesn’t work. Everything else was fine, but for the price you pay and the advertising as a luxury apartment, I believe there should be higher standards.

Verified Renter Overall a positive experience! Management changes have been a bit rocky, but the current staff is great. They are making strides to improve resident experience. However, the amenity fee is ridiculously high at $95 a month. A cleaning staff comes every week for common spaces, but the building could use some attention to overall upkeep. The maintenance team has been helpful when needed. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood.

Verified Renter Very quiet and nice apartments. The managers and staff are so nice. Barely hear a peep out of your neighbors. Maintenance responds quickly to all your requests. The apartments are always having some type of community event.

I have noticed some discrepancies in the payments I’ve made to the account as well as the move in date however, I’m sure I can rectify these thing with not issue. It’s concerning since I have not movies in but I believe this will be a learning experience for us both. Positive thoughts!
