Verified Renter Overall a positive experience! Management changes have been a bit rocky, but the current staff is great. They are making strides to improve resident experience. However, the amenity fee is ridiculously high at $95 a month. A cleaning staff comes every week for common spaces, but the building could use some attention to overall upkeep. The maintenance team has been helpful when needed. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood.

Verified Renter Overall great experience. A few frustrations with broken gates and elevators but overall a pleasant experience. Looks like management is constantly trying to elevator residents experience which is nice.

Verified Renter Very quiet and nice apartments. The managers and staff are so nice. Barely hear a peep out of your neighbors. Maintenance responds quickly to all your requests. The apartments are always having some type of community event.

I have noticed some discrepancies in the payments I’ve made to the account as well as the move in date however, I’m sure I can rectify these thing with not issue. It’s concerning since I have not movies in but I believe this will be a learning experience for us both. Positive thoughts!

Overall amenities are nice but could use better gym equipment for the gym and TV’s that allow screen-share or other programs in the clubhouse.
