I think you already know what would have made my experience better warning your clients about being inundated with solitations from other lenders by our information being sold,through the credit agencies. Making clients aware that this,is happening and give them the opt out number to call,

I found Laura's team to be disingenuous. It started out GREAT with Amber P, and I was really pleased with the level of information she gave me, the questions she answered and just the overall way she treated me. I could ask her any old thing that popped into my mind. After I was handed off down the process the team got less and less helpful and seemed annoyed by my questions.

Please review more closely the information that is sent after being requested from your office. Several times the information had been sent but it was re requested more than once after it had been sent and explained that it had been sent.

During the paperwork phase, the exact format of documentation required was hard to understand. Had to upload different formats of the same bank statement multiple times. Deadlines were tight throughout. CD thing really p***ed me off and all you/your team did was deflect blame to other people. Customer service and experience aren’t always perfect, but any industry that I’ve worked in has always tried to make it right. Loan ultimately got done and we were able to close, so that’s a positive.
