Communication with Nichole was not great, I would have to ask questions multiple times to get an answer. I would also have to be the one asking questions so I could stay informed during the process. She was not very good with her email etiquette.

I wish requests for info were not sent so piecemeal. For example, the 1099-R for RMD that proved income from IRA could have been requested earlier in the process.

I think you already know what would have made my experience better warning your clients about being inundated with solitations from other lenders by our information being sold,through the credit agencies. Making clients aware that this,is happening and give them the opt out number to call,

I found Laura's team to be disingenuous. It started out GREAT with Amber P, and I was really pleased with the level of information she gave me, the questions she answered and just the overall way she treated me. I could ask her any old thing that popped into my mind. After I was handed off down the process the team got less and less helpful and seemed annoyed by my questions.
