Multiple set back within the process that made this a very stressful event. I feel info was not relayed appropriately or additional steps were requested that seemed unnecessary. While my frustrations were not geared towards Laura, I feel that things could have been simified. Closing was postponed due to failure to communicate requests with timelines associated with them. I am grateful for the assistance, but it could have been smoother with a stepwise process to assure closing on time.

Understanding that electronic signatures and technology ease the signing and completion of documentation these, it would be nice to have an offer of an office visit to meet in person and address documents. Things were a bit part and parcel.
