Dr. Marchese is a very caring & attentive doctor. She takes the time to listen to you & explain what is happening & what her treatment plan is.
The best visit I ever had with a doctor. She really seemed to take an interest in what my concerns were. Normally when I go to a doctor they ask the questions and don’t give me a chance to speak. I really liked how after the visit she came back into the room which gave me a chance to go over a question. Then what really made me think that she cares is when she escorted me to the lab for my blood work, I-never had that happen in my 74 years of life. I’m a new patient and Dr. Lauren Marchese was great. I felt very comfortable and I felt like she was really listening to me.
Today I saw Dr. Lauren Marchese for the first time. I was looking for a new primary care doctor for the first time in 30 years and wanted someone that could take the time to make me feel comfortable with my anxiety and help me navigate my many health questions. I showed up with a list of topics to discuss and ask about and hoped to be able to address them and get maybe a few answers. Dr. Lauren was very thorough when reviewing my medical history and determining my needs with me. She was very confident and provided detailed answers. Suggestions were made regarding tests and ways to improve my health. Looking forward to working with her to develop a healthier me.
She gave me some very helpful info which reduced my anxiety about getting the 2nd dose of the COVID vaccine, some free websites for mediation, and suggested some steps I could take to minimize/eliminate salt intake.
She is amazing!! I had my first appointment today, and she spent over 30 minutes discussing my past medical history, current conditions and care plan. She was very thorough, caring, knowledgeable and personable. I left feeling confident that she genuinely cared about her patients. She gave me advice that no other provider had before.
She listened to my problem, asked questions, and diagnosed my issue. She explained it very clearly, and my treatment options. I was very pleased with my visit.
I have gone with my father to some of his appointments. The physician is nice. That’s as far as the quality of care goes. It takes days to get a call back. Even when he does get a call back there’s no help. He’s been in severe crippling pain for 2-3 weeks. She put him on an anti inflammatory medication. He and I have both called to say it’s not working.
