Laurie is very professional. She guided my wife and I through the selling process of our previous home. Her staff is very knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. The listing video and photographs taken were excellent and exhibited our house to many potential buyers. I can't even begin to say how happy I am with my experience with Laurie and her team. The entire process of getting our house ready for sale and for closing was great because of their support. I love how we were kept in the loop every step of the way and how quickly we got answers to our questions. I also must note that Laurie and her team went up and above what is normal for customer service. Truly amazing! Doug Raitt from the Laurie Dau team helped us find the perfect home. We really enjoyed touring homes with Doug, he was very accommodating to our schedule and was always accessible to us. He made the entire experience enjoyable. Amanda Kim, executive assistant for the Dau team, was very helpful & informative from initial sales agreement to settlement.
