Stay away from this law firm. I hired them in May 2024 for what was described as a “simple” divorce (no kids, no assets). I was assigned an attorney who left the firm within a month—something I only learned after weeks of unanswered emails and calls. I was reassigned to a new attorney and billed for a second “intake” because the original attorney failed to transfer my file properly. Totally unprofessional and to say the least getting a total unprofessional email response from an actual paralegal who was just hired to take care of everything and 100 cases and then tout her wonderful 15 years of legal experience etc. just shows how corrupt this firm is. Look elsewhere for any Probate issues.
Do not hire this firm. They steal your $$. They are now reported to the Texas Bureau and all social media. Disgusting how they treat people that need help and have no clue!
ZERO STARS AND BEWARE! This law firm has horrible reviews. If you check out Google, yelp, bbb and avvo you will see all the real reviews. They talk a big game. Make you feel understood and validate your feelings and need for an attorney. Make you sign a contract that they don't have to comply with but you do. They have taken 18k from me and never resolved anything except being so inadequate to handle my probate case that I ended up having to pay $6500 of the opposing attorney's fees. Do yourself a favor and don’t just trust reviews from one site or webpage regarding this firm or any for that matter. Do your due diligence, dig in and really research any lawyer you are considering. We had a highly negative experience with the BFLF. I have done my research and there are many similar negative reviews. Consulted with this firm. Then they consulted with my ex wife. I followed up on my consultation and they told me that since they consulted with her they cannot work with me since there is a conflict of interest. They consulted with me first. They consulted with me first. Did I mention that they consulted with me first? Zero accountability in this crooked Family Law industry.
DO NOT HIRE BRYAN FAGAN LAW GROUP. Believe me when I tell you, this law firm is the reason people despise lawyers. Believe every review about them billing you excessively without authorization. Do not use them, I unfortunately did for a Child Support case for my adult disabled son and first off they never changed the original case venue from to Houston and continued to bill me for a case they couldn't legally argue in the court, five thousand to be exact!
