I went in for a free 30 minute consultation with a lawyer. The lawyer was very knowledgeable and informative. I felt like she was already on my side. After spending 30 minutes with just the lawyer, finance came to talk with me about fee schedules and went over the contract in detail. Looking forward to working with them!

We hired Bryan Fagan to do a simple uncontested probate case that should have cost no more than $5000.00. Over four months and $8300.00 later we had to fire him for not even completing the initial steps in the process. He just kept sending bogus invoices without actually doing any work at all. We had to file a temporary restraining order just to stop him from stealing more money and we’re having to sue him to get our money back at further cost to us. Brian Fagan is a complete scammer. Beware of Bryan Fagan!
God this firm is awful and has predatory and unethical billing practices. They will call you to ask unnecessary and repetitive questions than bill you for leaving a voicemail. They are not familiar with basic law and wasted my time. Till now they will not refund me the $1000 unused funds. They are such a disgusting scam do not hire

Scam scam scam. Terrible law office. They charged me $3,000 and I didn’t receive an any service. I was billed for every missed call and voicemail. My first consult with lawyer Milissa Barrick and I heard “ummm” every 10 seconds and “oops sorry I lost my train of thought”. The call lasted an hour - when it could have been a 5 min call or email and I was charged for every second.
