This is the absolute worst law firm I have ever worked with. I would not recommend the Law Office of Bryan Fagan to anyone. They billed me for what should be considered administrative work and then showed up to court unprepared. They failed to send me a copy of my paperwork, they excessively billed me, the lost the case, the have been withholding my refund for a credit request for months saying “oh the paperwork wasn’t submitted right” every single time I call and say they’ll resubmit it. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM! My Best friend has spent over $70k and her divorce has not been finalized. Her husband has spent less than $10k. They have constant turnover and charge their client as a result. New paralegal texted to introduced themselves $130 bill. For one sentence. She's had 3 new paralegals over the course of almost two years. Her attorney quit. They are charging her for the new attorney to learn the case. They do these docket checks every week and charge. Horrible law firm. My partner hired them to assist with a matter we later found out could have been handled for less than $100 without the need for legal representation, but they never told us this. Her initial team left the firm and no one told her, but they kept charging her for un-rendered services. To date, they have charged her over $4000 dollars and never delivered anything they were retained to assist with. This is a predatory practice with unethical contract and billing practices. I was lied to about my contract and when I voiced my frustrations about having been lied to I was told a manager would be in contact with me to fix the issues, and I was never contacted. The attorney that was assigned to my case heard my concerns (she has nothing to do with contracts or billing) and within a week of signing my contract I had withdrawn my services and canceled my contract with this firm. Stay away from this law firm. I hired them in May 2024 for what was described as a “simple” divorce (no kids, no assets). I was assigned an attorney who left the firm within a month—something I only learned after weeks of unanswered emails and calls. I was reassigned to a new attorney and billed for a second “intake” because the original attorney failed to transfer my file properly. Totally unprofessional and to say the least getting a total unprofessional email response from an actual paralegal who was just hired to take care of everything and 100 cases and then tout her wonderful 15 years of legal experience etc. just shows how corrupt this firm is. Look elsewhere for any Probate issues.
Do not hire this firm. They steal your $$. They are now reported to the Texas Bureau and all social media. Disgusting how they treat people that need help and have no clue!
ZERO STARS AND BEWARE! This law firm has horrible reviews. If you check out Google, yelp, bbb and avvo you will see all the real reviews. They talk a big game. Make you feel understood and validate your feelings and need for an attorney. Make you sign a contract that they don't have to comply with but you do. They have taken 18k from me and never resolved anything except being so inadequate to handle my probate case that I ended up having to pay $6500 of the opposing attorney's fees.
