James was great! He helped us with price negotiation on a house claim to have new roof but the roofing company didn't do it correctly. He very quick to respond. For some reason every time I called, I thought I was calling the main line but it went directly to James. James got us out of a bad house that the seller fell to disclose in Voorhees and we were able to close the house after that before our interest rate expire.

Sam is outstanding guy, my wife and loved him. He found multiple locations and drove with us all over. He took us to lunch, and when we found a place we loved later he helped in all ways. We were in new mexico and he got it done thank you soo much sam
