This office was quick to respond to all my email questions. Which was super important to me because I was going through the process of buying a home for the first time very quickly! Signing the paperwork at the end was effortless and explained very simply. Great place for first time buyers!

Jim was very professional, personable, and kind throughout our negotiation and closing process. This was our first home purchase and required some additional work on a Use and Occupancy arrangement, which Jim was very helpful in guiding us through. The actual closing was straightforward, and his easygoing personality made signing a seemingly endless stack of documents relatively painless. We had a great experience with Jim.

Mr. Miner and his staff were amazing. They were very professional and they answered all of my questions from the very beginning of the home buying process, until we closed. As first time home buyers, my wife and I appreciated having Jim and his staff represent us through the entire process. We had no problems getting in contact with Jim when we had a question or comment.
