It was a very pleasant experience working with James during the process. He took the time to explain any questions or concerns we had and was very informative.

Jim and his team were very helpful and responsive to our needs for answering questions and handling the closing on a new home. As the closing date approaches, timing is most important for coordinating with the mortgage lender, along with the seller's attorney. Jim also provided referrals for the home inspection. All worked out well.
We would highly recommend James Miner! He was extremely easy to work with and very approachable throughout the process of selling and buying a home. We really appreciate his work ethic!
