Jim was very professional, personable, and kind throughout our negotiation and closing process. This was our first home purchase and required some additional work on a Use and Occupancy arrangement, which Jim was very helpful in guiding us through. The actual closing was straightforward, and his easygoing personality made signing a seemingly endless stack of documents relatively painless. We had a great experience with Jim.

Mr. Miner and his staff were amazing. They were very professional and they answered all of my questions from the very beginning of the home buying process, until we closed. As first time home buyers, my wife and I appreciated having Jim and his staff represent us through the entire process. We had no problems getting in contact with Jim when we had a question or comment. Jim and his team were very helpful and responsive to our needs for answering questions and handling the closing on a new home. As the closing date approaches, timing is most important for coordinating with the mortgage lender, along with the seller's attorney. Jim also provided referrals for the home inspection. All worked out well.
