Please please please don't use these guys. Im still waiting for my claim. They don't call they don't call back its going on a year. A big rig hit me on the highway, I got all the Dot info I did all the reach and gave it to them. Do not use Faun Rowland. She did absolutely nothing for me I could’ve represented myself and saved my money. Even after I asked to no longer be represented she still spoke on my behalf 2 weeks later and sent an invoice for something I am unaware of and a conference I was never notified about. I found out because of an invoice was sent 3 weeks later after this conference.

Horrible please please do not go to this attorney.HE WILL NOT FIGHT FOR YOU!!!TRUST ME ..I am going to be disabled for life and they do not fight for me .I ended up getting less that 5000 dollars for a permanent disability
I wish I had never hired this firm. They never reply to questions until you have to call and harass them. The customer service is unacceptable. It it a poorly manage office of sub-par attorneys.

I hired them as my attorney for an auto accident I had in January 2016 during this time they have followed up with me a total of 3 or 4 times. I’m always the one that’s has to call them and they are never available. They always set completely wrong expectations and turn around times once you’re able to reach someone. Do NOT hire them!!!!!

I can't speak about attorney never met him, I will say this is the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with from the minute I signed up to the minute we received. Talk about being lied too, they take first prize for that. Please use reviews before hiring attorney. Funny how all the reviews are 5 stars
