Staff are not helpful and provide little to no attention to client request or info . Transfer calls from one person to the next and finally you get a "she not in the office right now ,can I have her call you back ?"

Worst decision I have ever made. The staff is lazy! I emailed all my bills twice, both times they were “lost” . I had to take time off work to hand deliver the copies. I would call and was told “they are not at their desks and they will call me back” well they never did. I was also advised to pay my medical bill out of pocket, (“because it would be easier for them” well a year later they settled my case paid the chiropractor and the hospital, but shorted me $500 ( for medical bills I paid) and did not get compensation for pa... read more

Some of these reviews must have paid top dollar for the so called attention this place gives. They NEVER returned phone call or messages. Carter was my lawyer & I'm guessing he has other higher paying cases he caters to. This wasn't always the case I'm sure because he hasn't always been at this place. Not only does he not return phone calls, they play a cat & mouse game over the phone when asked which office does he worsk out of. Stay clear of these folks. The big money is in chasing ambulances I guess. My entire case is up ... read more

Rip off clients with no remorse they supposed to work for you but they only concerned about getting money for themselves...DO NOT HIRE THEM YOU BETTER OFF DOING THIS ALONE CAUSE THIS COMPANY TAKES 40% and the rest go to lop bills you never agreed to send a lop to....they are rip offs DO NOT HIRE THEM...I REPEAT DO NOT HIRE THEM

This company is a rip off i was awarded with 10k walked away with 806 after lawyer fees they promise to get ur bills down but it is all lies my bill were 7700 and 4000 out of 7700 were letter of protection bills they were supposed to decrease it it went from 4k to 3600 wow what a discount. Also rest of the medical bill are going to my credit..everything they say are lies...they want 40% for nothing i met my lawyer 2 times i did all the reaching out to get info about case status they don't even keep you informed about your ... read more

These reviews have to be made up because it's hard to believe that I'm the only person that thinks this is the worst Atty experience I've ever had!!!! I've done more work on my case then they have, when you call and have to leave messages NO ONE ever returns the calls. I spend more time trying to speak to someone ~ as I spent at the chiropractors. Been over 11 months since they started my case, somebody ran a red light and t-boned me. My calls are never returned, every time I call them I'm told that either they have somebody on the other line or in their office and supposedly I'll be called back. My case still isn't finished so we'll see how much longer this takes but as of now these services have been less than good.

To say that my experience with Tommy Carter was horrible is an understatement. He quoted me one price, then charged me almost triple and he didn't even finish my case. In fact, he barely did any work. It took him over a month just to get my ex served. He never remembered who I was when we'd speak (which wasn't often). He almost never answered his phone (the phone always went to voicemail, no live person ever picked up). He rarely returned phone calls. He never kept me updated on my case.
