I'm not sure if these are real people writing real reviews or what. You can rest assured this one is, though. I have had, hands down, the worst, most annoying experience with this law firm. The two women assigned to my case were always either too busy to talk to me or possibly, too incompetent. Their so quick to get me signed into a contract and get me going to an expensive Chiropractor! My experience has not been so great. I've been dealing with them since 2013. There's is little to no contact of updates of your case. I settled the case on December 10th and have called twice to get an update on the payout. I was told to speak to Randy that never returns my phone calls after leaving several messages. I feel like this is very unprofessional and will not recommended anyone to deal with this office. I just want to be done with this already and go on with my life. Please be mindful when looking for a lawyer. These people are horrible. Customer service is AWFUL. They are very passive. Unhelpful, Lack Compassion for their clients, Outright not worth the trouble. The two times that we even heard from the actually lawyer, was on the initial call, and when it was time to settle. NOT one time did anyone from that office attempt to call my husband or myself to see how he was doing,and say how are you doing. Every point of contact outside of those two times was made by myself. i dont know what takes them so long i been waiting since feb 2015 now its oct 2015 nothing has been done thinking about getting someone new cause i can never get calls back or anything they are not very fast or cant tell you anything progress about your case and im still waiting on them to mail off papers they had since feb.

I was in a wreck in December of 2014. It is September of the following year and I cannot get anyone to call me back. I was released from therapy in May and still no results. WORST DECISION EVER CHOOSING THIS LAW FIRM. Tracey, Theresa and the ladies (if you can even call them that) that answer the phones were terrible and incredibly rude. Everyone is always unavailable for me to answer my questions or even get a status update. If you are looking for someone to actually represent you, don't chose this place. They are too busy.

I received a severe foot injury when a very heavy and older large TV was dropped on my foot by employees in a Goodwill Store on 11/24/2012!! We signed up with this Law Firm on or about 12/5/2012. Over the next several months as I dealt with 4 different doctors for different processes concerning this injury, I was documenting my injury with pictures daily.
