1.0 out of 5 stars ink release design is bad The new cartridge design no longer has the orange pressure release and the ink dries out. We had to clean, print 10 times before the ink would come out right. I have never had a problem until now and if this is the norm now I'm very disappointed. Waste of paper and ink and not sure how long the ink flow will work. The black cartridges were even worse but could not write a review about it.
Something's very very wrong with these ink cartridges! I've had this printer for over 5 years. I've always used the authentic Brother innobella ink in it. I usually get over 1 year of printing with a set of normal cartridges. Theses XXL cartridges are in NO WAY full to capacity. I only got 2 months of printing from the Yellow cartridge before it was completely empty and no longer able to print. Will NO LONGER be purchasing ink from Amazon.
Rip off The yellow cartridge was only 25% full when opened. It appeared to be a refill as it didn't have the removable protector. I don't see an option for return or other recourse, so I am just going to give them the poorest rating possible.
Not genuine There is no safety cap on these, they are 1. Not genuine, 2. Refills 3. Not OEM. These are the 2nd set that I have to send back. Going to get my money back and head to the box stores.
Are these really brothers cartridges??? I have bought these a couple times before but this is the first set where there were no orange n green plastic to remove before using the cartridges...and it is like the printer didn't even noticed a new one was inserted. I think I might have to go back to Staples to make sure they are really from brother...very weird indeed. This is the only reason I hate buying from Amazon...you never know what you are really getting...ugh

Won't fit my printer I purchased these because of the super long life because I always seemed to run out. I had never bought the XXL cartridges before so I double and triple checked to see if they would fit, even says they fit my model on the box. I had just installed new ink so it was about 45 days before I tried to install them. Well my printer would not recognize them. Wanted to return, but I was past the return window on Amazon. Just beware and at least try them before your return window closes.
These print fine but don't last at all These barely used cartridges are already empty. I can't believe it. These 105 series are supposed to last longer than the 103, etc. I can count on my fingertips of how many times I printer color. Really disappointed.
Disappointed I'm using this ink in my Brother MFC-J4510DW printer. It's the correct product for that printer. I've only replaced the Cyan cartridge, but I immediately noticed that the printer only reported about a half bar of ink. Since then the Cyan had dropped much more than the Magenta or Yellow inks. and is nearly out. I don't know what's wrong, but very disappointed. Be wary.
