My printer is useless after installing the new ink Printer will not recognize the ink. My printer is useless after installing the new ink. I don't know what or how to fix it.
Don't buy, they broke my printer I have a serious issue with these cartridges!!The Yellow cartridge caused a fatal error in my $200 Brother printer.Brother had to swap the printer, which caused a loss of money and time, since I use this printer DAILY!!I want to return these cartridges for a refund,but Amazon says it is past the return date.Now I wasted the money on the cartridges and the hassle of returning the printer.
Not a good printer. Very noisy and slow. Goes off line often. Needs ink very often even though it is not used too much. Would not recommend it.

waste of my money They were not compatable, waste of my money.
Issues This is supposed to be genuine Brother ink but ever since I have installed these cartridges and the black I bought from Amazon nothing but issues with print quality.
Do not recommend this printer. Worked with Brother support for approximately two hours and they were never able to get the printer to work wirelessly. They told me I would needed to contact Comcast and work with them. I packed the printer up and returned it to Amazon. I do not recommend this printer.
