do not buy Brothers ink I have a business version of Brothers printer. 2 on the 5 ink cartridges have malfuctioned on my new machine. a brand new cyan would not work from the first attempt. A black cartridge I had trouble getting it to work. it eventually started working after loading and unloading it multiple times
Not impressed with yield quantity and print quality. Yield was poor for me and I keep having to clean the print jet heads of my Brother printer . Very disappointed.
Consistent quality issues Not sure if quality control issues or packaging issues. But on multiple occasions the ink already leaked out and is visible in the transparent packaging. Some orders had toners with barely any ink, fresh out of the wrapper. Eventually went with third-party generics that come in a box (better protected) with no issues at half the cost.

Not recognized by printer Printer would not recognize cartridge. Unable to return.
NOT Compatible with my new printer! Despite carefully verifying the models, I received brand new cartridges that DO NOT register with the new printer. Perhaps they are knock-offs and a complete waste of money

Frustrated for the Second Time! I normally don’t have any issues with the Brother printer, nor ink. HOWEVER, the last two times I’ve flushed money down the toilet with these cartridges. I’m so frustrated. Once I installed two brand new cartridges, only one registered as new. I had to clean the printer head so many times, I used over half of the ink. Too expensive and runs out quickly. I just installed a new magenta ink cartridge today and ran out after 2 prints. Way too expensive. I do art prints and yea I understand some stuff does requires a good amount of ink. But this is ridiculous the magenta ran out within 30 min of installing it. It’s useless until I get another cartridge but is it even worth it?
