MUST "use genuine"? HA!!! This is the second time I have bought a Genuine Innobella Brother black ink cartridge for my MFC-J5520DW. This is the second time the brand new name brand cartridge will not print blank ink immediately after the old cartridge printed just fine. Instead I had to clean the heads, using immense volumes of ink and paper, until the black ink prints. DID NOT PRINT! :-( WHEN DEALS SEEM TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, THEY PROBABLY ARE! I ORDERED THIS PRODUCT AND ONE MONTH AFTER INSTALLING IT IN MY PRINTER, IT STOPPED PRINTING (IT WAS THE BLACK CARTRIDGE). I DEPEND HIGHLY ON MY PRINTER FOR MY HOME BASED BUSINESS AND THIS WAS A MAJOR INCONVENIENCE AND SET BACK. NOT HAPPY :-(
TOTAL CRAP! I just installed the blue cartridge and it is reading almost empty without even using it yet!
Doesn’t work These color cartridges don’t work. They print streaky and pink. These are supposedly not the generic brand, but I’m beginning to wonder how true that is. Just put these cartridges in last night in an attempt to be ready for school starting today. Frustrating!
A Hassle... Ordered two packets because these cartridges don't last long. Inserted one set of Blue and Yellow cartridges neither will register in the printer...the printer will not accept them. Glad I had the second set. Now...how to get a refund on the rejected cartridges?!?
