I ordered this product on Sept. 8th but hadn't ... I ordered this product on Sept. 8th but hadn't needed to use it until today (Oct. 30th). When I opened the toner envelope, the toner case is defective and can't be inserted into my printer! There is only a 30-day return policy! GRRRRR.. In the past, I have never had any problems.
