But, it's ridiculous that this item says "includes 2 cartridges of black ink" when it only includes 1 cartridge. Other people have written about this in their product reviews and Q&A. So why does it still say two?
2.0 out of 5 stars The copy The Brother ink cartridge is what I’m used to and what I expected. However, it clearly states in the copy that there is TWO included in this order. I only got one. Please send the second cartridge. And then correct your copy so you aren’t making false claims to the next customer.

Today, it was not working well and I removed it and found it dripping with black ink.... and essentially empty. Stuff you expect from a third party supplier, not Brother. Can’t get brother to answer the phone. Will just buy third party from now on.
