But, it's ridiculous that this item says "includes 2 cartridges of black ink" when it only includes 1 cartridge. Other people have written about this in their product reviews and Q&A. So why does it still say two?

Please send the second cartridge. And then correct your copy so you aren’t making false claims to the next customer.

Today, it was not working well and I removed it and found it dripping with black ink.... and essentially empty. Stuff you expect from a third party supplier, not Brother. Can’t get brother to answer the phone. Will just buy third party from now on.
