Only 25% full and leaking when installed!! No HELP I purchased "genuine" ink thinking that would be the right way to go. Opened the package, installed in printer, printer showed only 25% full. So I reinstalled and notice it is leaking. Called for help, held, then got the disconnect!!! NO HELP
Shipped In Cheap Plastic Sandwich Bags! I've never had this experience before. I purchased this replacement cartridge but did not use it right away. When I opened the package (Normal) I found a black ink cartridge wrapped in two cheap plastic sandwich bags. They refused to replace the cartridge because the 30 day return period had past. I've never had this experience before. Now I have to see if the cartridge even works.
poor quality Arrived fine. When placed in printer though, ink doesn't register. Contain sounds full if shaken. Apparently it's faulty and will not dispense. Unfortunately, this seems to be a waste of money.
Product to work properly and have the result as described. I bought these prior to this order and it lasted almost a year as I don’t use it often. I purchased this batch just in March and it is now showing almost empty. I removed and reinstalled but it’s the same result. Is this batch of ink bad batch.
Stock is old and the ink is clogging up the heads. Buyer Beware. Get newer stock if possible. We replaced our ink cartridges using these just purchased from amazon services llc. After a few weeks of minimal use, the pages were missing lines and the test sheet looked like the picture. We've never had a print quality issue before.
DOES NOT FIT BROTHER MFC-J6930DW I used the Amazon Confirmed Fit to see what Ink I could purchase for my MFC-J6930DW Amazon Confirm Fit said this would fit. I purchased ALL of the colors when my printer said it was running low. Went to change one of the cartridges because it was low, and it did NOT FIT. Called Brother Tech Support, and they confirmed that this ink is NOT COMPATIBLE. But since I am a few days out of my 30 day return period, I CANT RETURN IT.
Leaked all over the inside of the printer I ordered the cartridge because I was changing from a generic ink cartridge to what I hoped was an official Brother Cartridge. After I placed the Cartridge in the printer I found that it didn't work at all and after 2-3 minutes I noticed that there was a small stream of black ink coming from where I had inserted the cartridge. Upon removing the cartridge I found that it had leaked all over the ink cartridge bay of the printer. Would not recommend purchase of these cartridges.
