The customer service with LeaderOne was great. That said, I felt I was a customer that was being used as a learning tool. My situation was't the most conventional, but I felt that LeaderOne didn't know what specific instructions to give me, which led to a ton of stress in the 11th hour of the loan process. ie. the IRS installment agreement letter was not requested until a couple weeks before closing. The letter, which the IRS will only mail, came after our original close date. Too much stress.
