Professionalism- doing what you say when you say it it will be done. Sales was on time and completed when promised. Installation was delayed without notice. Not all quoted work was completed (turned out it was unnecessary), installer said they would communicate to billing, which was not done.
The only complaint I have is that the downspouts are quite noisy, and they occasionally keep me awake at night. That isn't a big deal. The men who came to my house were courteous and polite, and I highly recommend them. They were patient and helpful in answering all of my questions.
