INSTALLATION SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. SERVICE AFTERWARD DURING OUR ICE STORM WAS NOT SO GREAT. I KNEW THAT ICICLES FORM ON THESE GUTTERS USUALLY ABOUT 4 TO 5 INCHES LONG BUT WHEN I CALLED ABOUT A GROUP OF 6 ICICLES MORE THE 5 FEET LONG ALL I GOT WAS A BROCHURE FROM YOU ABOUT WHY ICICLES FORM. I EVEN HAD A PHOTO OF THE PROBLEM.
