INSTALLATION SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. SERVICE AFTERWARD DURING OUR ICE STORM WAS NOT SO GREAT. I KNEW THAT ICICLES FORM ON THESE GUTTERS USUALLY ABOUT 4 TO 5 INCHES LONG BUT WHEN I CALLED ABOUT A GROUP OF 6 ICICLES MORE THE 5 FEET LONG ALL I GOT WAS A BROCHURE FROM YOU ABOUT WHY ICICLES FORM. I EVEN HAD A PHOTO OF THE PROBLEM.
There were incredible and amazing.
The installer gave me advice how to keep water out of the house
They are nice looking gutters and if they work as described they will be very nice. I have gotten to witness the gutters in action because of all of the snow that we have experienced this winter. I am concerned about the snow on them .
This is my second house with them and I've been satisfied both times.
