From top to bottom the entire crew was awesome. Mike, Joh K, Oscar and Fernando were as professional as anyone could expect. The installation crew worked their tails off to get the job done. End result : Perfect.. Money well spent.
Leafguard system is well designed. Time will tell if I made a good investment. That being said, install and service hasn’t been good. I requested a downspout to be corrected well over 2 months ago from the installation day and I am still waiting for the correction to be done. The correction is simple task that honestly I can resolve myself by heading over to hardware store but refuse to as it should be resolved by warranty coverage. I guess I expected better service for such a high priced system.
I am looking forward to LeafGuard keeping their word and being a business of integrity and resolving this problem. The contract says the system will be free so they need to get it resolved to my satisfaction. They need to resolve this.
