Everyone at LeafGuard of Chicago was throughly professional and nice. It was just a really positive experience. The installation crew worked very fast. I was told it was going to be done in half a day and they were done in an hour.

I felt that the crew did a very professional job and kept me informed of what they were doing. Two people came by to check on it and I got several calls. It was unusual. You normally only get a call, but they were on top of it. I appreciated that.

I had a difficult installation. The installer, after talking to me for a few minutes, found out why I had trouble with wind. He did a really good job keeping everything tied down so the wind didn't get to it. He took the time to talk to me and figure out what's going on so he could do a superior job. He didn't just do what was on the contract but listened to me to ensure that he knew what was going on.
