My whole experience from beginning to end was everything I expected and more. I would highly recommend LeafGuard to anyone that is looking for excellent gutter work.
Overall, they were very professional. When I called they made an appointment immediately and came out on time. They explained everything about the gutters and showed us how it would work. The installers did a great job with installing the new gutters and cleaning up while they worked. Overall, I was very impressed with the whole operation.
The salesperson, Mr. Long was very knowledgable. He explained everything very well. He helped negotiate a better price that I could afford. The crew came here, did their job, cleaned up, were very professional, and also assisted us on a roofing issue that we were not aware of.
They were very courteous. The work was done on time and they cleaned up behind themselves. They were very helpful and made good suggestions. I'm happy and content with the final product. It made the house look much better.
I was very pleased with the sales portion of the experience with LeafGuard of Chicago. The actual installation was done very well, and it was done quicker than they originally said, so I was pleased with that. If there was only one negative, I would say that I wish it wouldn't have cost as much as it did.

Additionally, if I sell the house, the guarantee goes with. The idea of someone cleaning gutters every fall and spring in the area I live in is a pain.
