******. J I think leaf guard did a excellent job. **** and ****** arrived early and explained everything to me that was going to take place then went to work. They completed the job in just 2-3 hours then had me go through walk and showed me the work and reviewed the system with me. They cleaned up after completing job. I very pleased with their work and placement of new gutters.
I had Leafguard Gutters installed a few months ago. The system functions as advertised. Some pros and cons of my experience follow:Con: Price Questionable Sales Rep ******* -The 'call-in' to "management" for price negotiation, while I stood there, is an ugly sales tactic to push the naive customer into a purchase. We had Leaf Guard out last night. The representative ***** was very helpful and professional. He did not pressure us to purchase anything and was very knowledgable. He even stayed longer to help us decide on a color. We ended up going with this company due to all of the above, we have had 2 other companies out where we felt pressured and reps seemed only out for the sale. I had Leafguard gutters installed at great expense in 2022. Have had tremendous icicles this winter which pose a risk each time I leave the house or am opening the door. Ice berms form under foot on my porch and deck as the icicles form and melt. Have called the people who sold them to me and installed them several times with no response to my concerns. Unfortunately Leafguard, the system has not performed as promised. The gutters continue to clog, and the product does not function in the way it was advertised. When I contacted the company to address the issue and request service under the warranty, I was informed that the warranty would not cover the problems I am experiencing. They will call and harass you from all different numbers even if you ask to be taken off the list. Dont give them your information.
Do not use leaf guard gutter systems. They came to my house and I like to never got them to leave. But at least the representative was nice. I did tell him I wanted gutters on all of my house. ALL. Of course they came the next day so they could get the money. He did not put gutters on my patio cover in the back. I repeatedly called them and they kept saying they would get back with me. NEVER HIRE LeafGUARD! Within minutes, **** *******, our Estimator wrote in our Service Agreement that we had a HAZARD of a Hot Tub. His own pictures prove that hes a liar. Our issue is the installation of our brand new gutter system, Oct 25.
