I did not go with their service, but their sales experience was a nightmare and stunk of snake oil sales tactics.I reached out to multiple companies about potential gutter repairs. Leafguard being one of them. I scheduled a time and had, what I thought would be an hour or less of taking pictures of gutters and getting a quote. The product design is superior to others we've looked at. I hope it lives up to the promises guaranteed by the salesman. I think it's grossly overpriced and recommend paying a company to clean your gutters 2x a year instead. After 10 years, you'd probably still pay less money than installing Leaf Guard. The salesperson pressures you into signing a contract at the time of the estimate using tactics such as free gift cards, travel vouchers, discounts for posting a review and displaying Leaf Guard signs on your lawn; none of wh... read more
We had them installed in August 2025. I had them on my previous home in 2008 and boy has the cost gone up. Never had problems in my previous home, but the install in 2025 has been nothing but problems. The install went fine, but they hang past the edge of the roof, leaves are still getting into the gutters and they now have a grate system so you can clear out the debris. I had the gutters installed and have an issue with gutters hanging out past the end of the house. I was told they would come fix it. It's been 3 weeks and nobody has contacted me to set up a time.
The **** came to my house and I gave her half the money for the payment in cash. She took that to the office they don't accept cash. She took the cash and got a money order they don't accept those either. The contractor that did the job did a great job. When he was he was asking for cash. There was no receipt book or nothing. So no cash was given. It was just a lot. The issues have not been resolved and it's been 2 weeks since the job got finished. I am out of *****. Only if I had read the reviews they would not have gotten ... read more

I had Leafguard gutters installed at great expense in 2022. Have had tremendous icicles this winter which pose a risk each time I leave the house or am opening the door. Ice berms form under foot on my porch and deck as the icicles form and melt. Have called the people who sold them to me and installed them several times with no response to my concerns. Unfortunately Leafguard, the system has not performed as promised. The gutters continue to clog, and the product does not function in the way it was advertised. When I contacted the company to address the issue and request service under the warranty, I was informed that the warranty would not cover the problems I am experiencing.
