When I called the production service representative and explained that the splash pans were not included, he said that they were not currently in stock but would be brought to me. I informed him that the front gutter was dripping, and he promised to send someone to fix it on Wednesday. However, that was inFebruary, and nobody has yet to arrive. The gutters are fantastic; they performed a fantastic job, but the production service needs improvement.
I called and sent pictures, about an area with a heavy flow that is sticking up 3 inches. Someone was going to come out to correct that problem. They never came out. I called again, and they have not fixed it. The leaves are building up. I had to get on my ladder to take the leaves away.
Follow up service never happened. Took money and ran.
We got them in December, and it has been nothing but wet since. I don't know if I'm happy with them or not. My ground is wet and the icicles are hanging constantly in the winter time. I have water, I don't know if it's draining from the gutters correctly or not.
Due to 4 trips to finish the job. We should not have ice cycles hanging off the gutters. Specifically asked them about water dropping off the gutters, they said no, and it happened right away and several times already.
There were multiple issues and I was not the first job which made me very unhappy.
I had a lot of problems. They did not honor my contract. They tore up my yard. I did get that settled. I had all kinds of trouble. They did my install in the dark, and did not use lights. They did not take pictures like they were supposed to, and show me. When I called in to complain, and let them know it was a breach of contract, they told me all the employees quit. It was not a good time with them, and they were also expensive. The last guy from Pittsburgh that called me was nice.
