We have a small ranch with a peak on our roof. When the salesman presented his quote and presentation he told us we would no longer need the diverters that were currentlly on our roof becasue of their system. This was particularly pleasing to me as I have always hated the look of the diverters and impacted our decision of this purchase. If you live in a snow area you should know these gutters cause major icicle build up on the front edge. I tried a couple of times to get LeafGuard to help with the problem but it is thrown back on me. They tell me not enough insulation in my attic, which was just insulated or heat trace my gutters. They will mention this during the sale but you have no real time to investigate. I wasn't even given the 3 business days to cancel. They have been very unprofessional. They are not even installed correctly.
Gutters were not hung plumb with the house. Called and told them and they sent a crew out. Gutters are still not hung right. Worst investment I ever made!
I asked them to run the drain spout be.hind the garage they ran it clear to the ground and put those stupid black hoses everywhere which are a tripping hazard.
They promised me a gift card and I never got it. The sales process is manipulative because they don't give you the gift card.
