Unfortunately Leafguard, the system has not performed as promised. The gutters continue to clog, and the product does not function in the way it was advertised. When I contacted the company to address the issue and request service under the warranty, I was informed that the warranty would not cover the problems I am experiencing. Do not use leaf guard gutter systems. They came to my house and I like to never got them to leave. But at least the representative was nice. I did tell him I wanted gutters on all of my house. ALL. Of course they came the next day so they could get the money. He did not put gutters on my patio cover in the back. I repeatedly called them and they kept saying they would get back with me. NEVER HIRE LeafGUARD! Within minutes, **** *******, our Estimator wrote in our Service Agreement that we had a HAZARD of a Hot Tub. His own pictures prove that hes a liar. Our issue is the installation of our brand new gutter system, Oct 25. Had the absolute worst experience once I told the representative that we were shopping. I had to put him out my house and it almost got physical dont do business with them at all
The representative was so rude and his voice tone changed dramatically when we asked him that we will take his quote and discuss it to make a finale decision he then start throwing his materials in his bag showing some violence and madness it's like make a decision now or else !!!Wow that was disrespectful specially when kids are around
This company is a joke. I have a friend who has leafguard gutters already installed. I had built a four seasons room on the back of their house and needed them to come and install 30 ft of gutters. When sales *** showed up measured and estimate was submitted to homeowner it came out to *******. For 30 ft of gutters for an existing customer. I had LeafGuard gutters and downspouts installed in April 2024 to replace original 20 year old gutters and spouts which were clogged and needed to be replaced. Everything seemed fine after the installation, until winter came. I had icicles everywhere! The previous gutters never caused icicles to form. My main concern is the sidewalk at the front porch where the icicles melt and drip onto the sidewalk creating puddles that freeze, which requires me to constantly put down salt and chip the ice away. **** *. prides himself on having a journal full of happy LEAFGUARD customers, but he and ********************** are not worthy of A+ Rating. I signed the contract on 11/28/2025. I told him water gets in my garage and patio. He claimed he could fix it for about $9,000(financed at 6%). On the following day 11/29/2025, my gutters were installed.
