If I knew how much my salesman was lying I would never have agreed to the contract. The gutters were installed in such a manner that they looked like they were hanging off the house by at least 6 inches. They came out and fixed the slope of the gutters but then they leaked, then they came up and jammed a couple of pieces of metal up under my roof to stop the leaks. After three service calls we still have a leak and they are comming back to repair. Then I may have a better view point.They disturbed
Good product, install was quick, but price was way too high!
YES for the Systeme—NO for FOLLOW-UP I'm concerned that, if I need really help that nobody would come!
They were courteous, cleaned up and professional when they came out to install the leafguard. We were impressed how it was done. The only problem was when we called about some shingles being loose and they said when they would check it out they did not come or call. We have an answering machine they could even leave a message. We just wanted it checked when we were in the area. They did not have to do a special trip. Nothing after they said they would come and check it out. Not proffessional.
LeafGuard is VERY expensive!!!
