The General Manager Carlos Ramirez gave a oscar winning sell,but falls very short on being a good hands on Manager.He does not keep his word.We had problems and called and e-mailed him over and over again,and he did not care to help out us or return the calls.He is disrespectful,and irresponsible as a General Manager.
The new gutter system worked well until we had a major snowstorm. Our house was covered by huge icicles, and one fell on my car and damaged the hood. We had a serious problem with an ice dam on the roof which caused leaking in our basement through the ceiling. It was a mess and we had to call a roofer. We were only told after getting the system that ice dams could be worse with LeafGuard.
