I was scheduled twice for installation and it was not done. I cancelled the contract after the second date and asked for my deposit back. The manager was completely useless. He would not return phone calls. It took over a month to get my deposit back. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Leaf Guard call back service is TERRIBLE. I had a problem with the positioning of a down spout. I called the salesman Carlos twice and the GM of the Pennsauken location three times. All of this took place over a four day period. I got ZERO response or satisfaction to my problem. I eventually called the head office in Perth Amboy NJ and they got a hold of the Pennsauken franchise and my problem was FINALLY SOLVED!
I'm very dissatisfied with the way they handled my situation.
The General Manager Carlos Ramirez gave a oscar winning sell,but falls very short on being a good hands on Manager.He does not keep his word.We had problems and called and e-mailed him over and over again,and he did not care to help out us or return the calls.He is disrespectful,and irresponsible as a General Manager.
