We got them because we could do anything else. They are very expensive.
I am not likely to recommend LeafGuard of Northern New York to a friend. It is currently June 9th, and I'm still waiting for them to complete the job they started on the 18th of April. They damaged my garage and window. I'm still waiting for my check for the damages to my house. They damaged the light in the back of the house. I'm waiting for them to repair that as well. I'm trying to get corporate involved. LeafGaurd doesn't keep promises of dates. I took time off of work, and they didn't show up.
Too much ice accumulates on the guard. They do not call back. They do not follow up after the installations.
They work itself was good. The aftermath when they left, they left a lot of debris, broke Christmas ornaments and roof debris and parts of the roof were all on my house, they never picked that up. Nails and clamps were on the driveway and on the side of the house also, i had to pick all of that up. So i am disappointed in the aftermath of the project but the job was done good.
