I like my product but I am not going to recommend them to anybody. The staff person did not tell me everything. She glossed over everything and I did not recognize it.
I have had the leafguard system of gutters installed this past fall. When it rains I stll have multiple leaks at various places and during the winter that will be brought to their attention.
1st time installation proved faulty because of drip edge failure... water from roof flowing behind gutters- not good.
It was the very first day on the job for one of the workers. He didn't know anything about what was required of him. I watched the second man (who was qualified) give him all of his instructions. He told him how to put leaf guard together. He had no experience whatsoever. I know it wasn't his fault, but his shoes were all broken and falling off his feet. Why would he just show up on the job and not even know how to do it?????
